Most seasons, Bedford Chess Club runs a best game competition. In May, we consider the candidates and vote for the best one. This relies upon a decent number of games being shared by the members over the season. Games can be brilliant, important, funny, tragic, interesting, complex or simple. They can be played by any member and in any competition, both inside and outside the club. All members must have at least one interesting game that they would be happy for others to see.
Next time you play something that you enjoyed, consider sending it to the website – pgn is good but just take a photo of your scoresheet if that’s not possible.
To demonstrate how easy it is to enter, here’s a modest effort of my own from last night – apologies to Ramsey who’s probably trying to forget it!
