Hi there. I have been speaking to Ian Cordon, Sandy Cordon’s son. He assures me the proudest moment of his father’s life was when he beat Tal in a simul in Luton. I know it’s a long shot but does anyone have the game? His son Ian does not.
Very funny, Mr Harbour. Very funny.
(I appreciate, however, that the Black pieces in your composition could not have been taken by Mr Valerio because Black losing on time would have messed things up…)
Bedford games section is very interesting indeed. That was some game by Mr. Habershon. Never seen the Winawer played like that before.
Congrats on the effort put into this part of the site. Full of interesting content. Great reading.
